The Waco Convention & Visitors Bureau can assist meeting and event planners in the following ways:

  • Check date availability at hotels and venues
  • Prepare a written convention bid
  • Conduct a site tour of venues, hotels, attractions for you and your board or committee
  • Obtain written price quotes on Waco hotel rooms over specific date periods, using our automated system
  • Prepare a bid from the Waco Convention Center for a specific set of dates
  • Guide you through the process of planning a convention or meeting in Waco
  • Assist with booking events at the Extraco Events Center, McLane Stadium, and other venues
