The Waco Convention & Visitors Bureau can assist meeting and event planners in the following ways:
- Check date availability at hotels and venues
- Prepare a written convention bid
- Conduct a site tour of venues, hotels, attractions for you and your board or committee
- Obtain written price quotes on Waco hotel rooms over specific date periods, using our automated system
- Prepare a bid from the Waco Convention Center for a specific set of dates
- Guide you through the process of planning a convention or meeting in Waco
- Assist with booking events at the Extraco Events Center, McLane Stadium, and other venues
