It is presented on the main stage at Waco Cultural Arts Fest, in Indian Spring Park, next to Franklin Avenue Bridge in downtown Waco.\nThere are free, confidential, mental health and emotional support for anyone affected directly or indirectly by the COVID-19 pandemic at the event from “Texans Recovering Together”. This free crisis counseling is also available at www.trthotccp.org.\nWaco Cultural Arts fest runs from 15-17 October and is a free public event.
