Downtown Waco’s Heritage Square has been transformed into a Wonderland! There is holiday lights, arts & crafts, downtown merchants, fireworks, Santa, a beautiful tree, a parade, and…AN ICE SKATING RINK!!  That’s right, there is an ice skating rink in downtown Waco.  Although the surface of this rink won’t melt, it is made to look and skate like the real thing!  Skating tickets are $5 per 45-minute session.

Schedule of Events:

 

Monday, December 2-Friday, December 6

4 PM            Skating Rink Opens

9 PM            Skating Rink Closes

 

Saturday, December 7

10 AM         Holiday Parade on Austin Ave./Skating Rink Opens

8 PM           Skating Rink Closes

 

Pictures with Santa and holiday activities will take place throughout the week.

    Hi. Will the skating rink be open Sunday, December 11th?

      Courtney, The Snow Hill was only open last weekend, however Santa will be available for free photos, and a local artisan market will be open on Saturday, December 10th and Saturday, December 17th from noon-4 pm.
