Baylor Homecoming Parade
Baylor hosts the oldest and largest collegiate homecoming parade in the country. From the beginning, the Baylor Homecoming Parade has been an extraordinary exhibition of spirit and community. Throughout the years, the Parade has featured horse-drawn carriages and wagons, bands, student and civic organizations, dignitaries and more. Student organizations create floats that add to the campus spirit for the upcoming football game, and giant balloons and other participants add to the excitement of the parade.
Ways to Watch
- In person along the parade route downtown.
- On campus along 5th Street. Leading elements of the parade ought to arrive on campus 30-45 minutes after the parade start.
- The parade will be broadcast live on KCEN-TV Ch. 6 (NBC), made possible by the generous support of the Sadie Jo Black Family Foundation.
- The parade also will be streamed live on KCEN’s website, 6 News app and YouTube page. The livestream link also will be shared on KCEN’s Facebook page, as well as on Baylor’s official Facebook page.
