The chefs from Barnett’s Public House are out of their kitchen and catering a four-course dinner for Lighthouse guests! The menu changes each week!
Friday, April 29
- Tableside Hors d’oeuvres (Chef’s compliment)
- Choice of Spring salad with strawberry, feta cheese, dried cranberries, red grapes and lemon dijon dressing, or roasted garlic soup.
- Choice of beef filet with red wine demi glace, lamb chop with red wine demi glace, or blackened honey garlic salmon, served with sautéed tarragon radish and lemon garlic mushrooms.
- Choice of cookie or dessert bar, selected tableside.
