Cultivate 7Twelve is offering a donation-based class in our amazing space.
We will slow things down, connect to our inner selves, let go of our stress and tension, move our bodies just enough to feel good, and ground ourselves in preparation for the new week. Please bring your own mat.
The doors will lock at 7:30, so please be a few minutes early! This will also help us create the vibes for the flow.
