The Waco Symphony – “Broadway Magic” with Kelli O’Hara

Stage and screen star Kelli O’Hara has established herself as one of Broadway’s leading ladies. 

Winner of the 2015 Tony Award for her portrayal of Anna Leonowens in The King & I, O’Hara’s additional Broadway credits include Kiss Me Kate, The Bridges of Madison County, South Pacific, The Pajama Game, The Light in the Piazza amongst many others. She was awarded the prestigious Drama League’s Distinguished Achievement in Musical Theatre Award in 2019. She received an Emmy nomination for her role in The Accidental Wolf and currently stars in the HBO series The Gilded Age. 

Her concerts have gained international acclaim, spanning from Carnegie Hall to Tokyo. She is a frequent performer on PBS’s live telecasts, The Kennedy Center Honors and performs often alongside The New York Philharmonic and New York Pops. O’Hara has appeared in several Metropolitan Opera productions, including The Merry Widow, Cosi fan Tutte, and will appear in Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Kevin Puts’s The Hours in Fall 2022. 

Kelli O’Hara will sing a range of Broadway songs and share insights about them.
