Two seatings: 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
First course: tomato and oyster mushroom bruschetta on a crostini.
Second course: arugula topped with strawberries, blueberries, toasted honey walnuts, red onion, feta, and a berry vinaigrette OR baby kale topped with garlic croutons, shaved parmesan, and Caesar dressing.
Third course: grilled NY strip steak with béarnaise sauce, balsamic glazed asparagus, and scalloped potato stacks OR roasted duck bread a l’orange, crispy brussels sprouts, and herbed quinoa.
Fourth course: chocolate hazelnut torte with whipped cream.
