Our February speaker is our own
McLennan County Sheriff,
Parnell McNamara!
He spent 32 years with the US
Marshal’s Service. After hearing
many of his uncle’s experiences,
Taylor Sheridan wrote a screenplay
which became the movie, “Hell or
High Water”, and was nominated for
4 Oscars and 3 Golden Globes.
In addition to being an outstanding
Sheriff, he is an amazing storyteller
and will tell us about his experiences
involving the making of the movie.
