Fixer Upper is Ending…

Winston Churchill once said, “Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.”

Chip and Joanna Gaines have announced that Season 5 of Fixer Upper will be their last. But in many ways, they are just getting started. Joanna is about to publish a cookbook, Chip’s book, “Capital Gaines” will be out soon, they have a new home goods line at Target called “Hearth and Home” that will debut this fall, and they are renovating the former Elite Cafe to become Magnolia Table, serving brunch. At the Magnolia Market location in downtown Waco, they are renovating one of the silos to become “Chip’s Corner.”

We have seen them continue to build out and improve the Magnolia Market complex, regularly adding new features that attract new visitors as well as repeat visitors.

They have regularly held fun events at the Silos, such as Spring at the Silos and Silobration. The most recent Spring at the Silos attracted over 70,000 people.

So, it’s just the end of the beginning.
