Here are various forms and tools that may be of use to you in planning your Waco event. Some items are dedicated for those events that use Waco area hotel rooms.
Nametags
Free perforated nametag blanks and nametag holders are available for those events that use Waco area hotel rooms. You can create your nametags using the Microsoft Word template below. The sheets are perforated, so once you create your nametags, you can print them out, separate them, and insert them into the nametag holders we can supply. Just email Rhonda Bailey and let her know how many you need.

Gift bag items
Many convention planners provide small gift bags for attendees. We can supply plastic bags with our logo, Waco pins, visitors guides, maps, and coupon booklets.
Spouse or Delegate Tours
Call or email us for ideas on spouse or delegate tours! Here are just a few:
