The Stadiumside Loft is a cozy 1000 sq ft home built in 2003 with a full interior remodel in 2019. The home was transformed by award-winning Interior Designer, Remodeler & Custom Home Designer Carolina Moncion.
The Stadiumside Loft is located in Waco, Texas just one street across from McLane Stadium, 5 minutes to the University entrance, 15-minute foot traffic to downtown Waco and a 7-minute drive from the Magnolia Silos.
The Space
Along with towels, sheets, blankets, and toiletries, we have included the following for your comfort and convenience:
1. A 60-inch smart television with Amazon Firestick in the living room. Each bedroom has its own television with a Roku streaming service guests may explore. Please note that we do not have cable TV however you can access Netflix and Amazon Prime Tv.

3. SmartHome technology: We’ve included Lutron – the innovator of smart home products to control lights with a command with Google or Alexa. The main bedroom has a nightstand lamp that is controlled via either assistant. Just say, “Hey, Google! Turn on the bedroom lamp!”
The living room lamps are waiting for your command throughout the day. Just say, “Hey, Google! Turn on the living room lamps!”
The main kitchen lights are set to turn off at 11 pm every night in the event that you forgot to turn them off after you are already in bed. If not, don’t worry, you can turn them back on.
If you want to hear music in the living room, just say, “Hey, Google! Play (name the music you’d like to hear) in the living room!”
