Yaki serves Texas smoked BBQ-style Teriyaki rice boxes. We have 2 locations – Yaki food truck parked permanently outside of Pinewood Coffee, and our Yaki Drive-In located on S. Valley Mills Dr. We’re a family-owned and operated business, only available in Waco. We’re kid-friendly, pet-friendly, and allergen friendly! Offering options for gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diners. We’re committed to serving affordable, portable, and delicious food for lunch and dinner.
