The owners of Magnolia Homes in Waco, Chip and Joanna Gaines are our celebrities in town as the stars of HGTV’s hit show “Fixer Upper”. They call Waco & the Heart of Texas their home. The couple’s local businesses include Magnolia Homes, Magnolia Realty, and Magnolia Market, Magnolia Seed & Supply, and Silos Baking Co. in Waco, and Magnolia House vacation rental property in McGregor. They live with their four children on a farm near Waco. The Gaines recently purchased the historic Elite Cafe. We can’t wait to see what they do with it!
When Chip and Joanna are not at work creating great spaces and inspiring others to do the same, they enjoy time with their family on the farm, and at some of their favorite spots in the Heart of Texas.
The Magnolia Team has remodeled numerous homes in the Waco area. Due to privacy issues and out of respect for the residents of those homes, we cannot provide the addresses of the houses.
Visit Joanna’s blog to get great decorating tips and see some before and after photos of some of the renovated homes.
