Dates for the Film Festival are August 6th through the 9th, 2020. The Deep in the Heart Film Festival is an unparalleled arts event, bringing filmmakers and our Waco community to together to experience movies, educational sessions, and networking parties. We promote what is new and local. Bringing great indie films, interesting industry panels and fun filmmaker parties to Waco! In 2019, we hosted 13 World Premieres and showcased over 40 Texas films. Our alums have won Emmy awards and developed feature films, shows and projects for major studios and TV networks. You can find their work on Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. More details to come.
