Project Homeless Connect is a day when the past and present homeless–and those living on the verge of homelessness–can learn about local programs and services all in one place.
Thanks to the collaboration of the Heart of Texas Homeless Coalition, many agencies, including The Salvation Army, who serve this community, will be present under one roof.
